i received this warmer with prompt delivery. it looks very professional and over-all heats up quickly.

the seal on the door however leaves room to be desired. it needs a better hinge so it doesnt droop at the top left, which lets theheat escape and compromises that top let towel. the towel is still warm enough to use, but not the hottest towel in the cabinet.

over-all because of the price of these things i would recommend it, but not without letting that person know first.
