I bought this cart to use in the classroom, mainly because of the storage compartment underneath. My husband took 2 1/2 hours to put it together (he is a handy guy). What I don't like about the cart is that the two tops cannot be locked in place reliably. My husband tightened them extremely tight, but the moment I put anything on them, they get "loose" again, i.e. the tilt changes with the slightest movement of the cart. I do not recommend buying it.
