The blinds look nice and seem well constructed. I would have rated it higher, but the slats really need to be a little closer together. I previously had mini-blinds at the window and the slats could be partially closed to obscure someone seeing in, yet still allow light through. These blind slats have to be pretty well closed entirely before a view from outside is obscured and it blocks out almost all incoming light. Also, the snap-on valance could be 1/2" to 1" wider to cover the entire blind mechanism. The valance is exactly the width of the blind and this allows the edges of the mounting brackets to show beyond the end of the valance.
