I'm 5'11" and my wife is 5'3", this chair quickly adjusts to fit both of us very well. I need back support and I've noticed that most of the less expensive mesh back chairs are too flexible in the lumbar area. Not this one. Its nice and firm and also has a cavity between the mesh and the skeletal portion of the back so you could stuff it with something if you desired more. You can spend a lot of money on an ergonomic office chair, but if your looking for bang for your buck, this one is worth a try.
