Easy to install. Three position setting is great. Being able to turn off one or more of the heads is a plus. I installed three heads. One at my neck, one at my torso, and one around my hip height. Gives a great back and neck massage. When installed in conjunction with the rest of the Kohler system this is one nice showering experience. You pay more with Kohler but you get what you pay for.
