i bought one of these years ago in a restaurant supply shop and use it whenever it's margarita time, which, well, when isn't it margarita time? it works terrifically well at extracting as much juice as possible from any citrus fruit. it's well made, sturdy, and will likely outlast me. i recently decided to get a second one to give as a gift to a friend. i mean, i hope to give it as a gift to a friend, but so far, a week after ordering from KaTom, a week after an email that trumpeted "Hooray!!!" and told me my order had been sent to its warehouse and that i would soon be given shipping information, i still haven't heard a word about when it will arrive. KaTom's email stressed they wanted me to have an "awesome" shopping experience. so i wrote them and told them in this day and age an awesome shopping experience probably should include a little more speed and responsiveness. sadly, their "dedicated sales team" never wrote me back. so, 115 bucks, 20 bucks for standard ground shipping, a week's wait and wait and wait...
