Just bought this handshower holder and it is beautiful and solid heavy metal and appears to be very well made. Problem is that I cannot angle my handheld shower head such that it sprays straight down. It would work fine for a very large shower where you can stand far away from the shower head or if you only want to use the handheld while holding in your hand. For my small shower stall and with the hope of using the handheld showerhead as my only showerhead, this fails completely. Totally bummed and don't know what to do now.

Update: Problem solved - the Grohe Relexa plus Top 4 Model # 28179 has a curve to the handle that makes it work perfectly with the Kohler holder so that the water aims down. But you're definitely limited in your hand held shower head choices.
