I purchased 3 sets to have a setting for 12 people. I purchased this after Christmas. It will make Christmas 2013 lovely and festive. Hopefully, this next Christmas will be spent in our new home, built after the loss of our other Feb 2012. I did not open each package to inspect each plate or bowl but I did not hear any rattling or loose items, so I am assuming they are all intact. Thank you Gibson and Amazon.
