Installed this faucet control. In all the published pictures it looks like the controls fit neatly into the recessed wallplate. They do not. The controls protrude 3/4 inch from the wall-plate surface and much more than this from the recessed area where you would think they fit. Looks clunky and ugly. Moen advised this is a known problem but no fix unless tear out shower pipes. Very misleading advertising.
