I was skeptical when I purchased this tent but given the description and price, thought I'd try it as I really needed the outdoor storage. I was pleased with the easy erection, shape, foot print etc., but as the rainy winter wore on and I checked it I discovered water on the floor and mildew on contents. I vacuumed it out with a shop vac, aired it out but within a month it had accumulated substantial water again. I've since moved the contents and stored the tent. In fairness, I live in the pacific north west where there are a lot of rainy days. Personally, I'm sure I will find other uses for the tent but bottom line...it is not water proof.
