Purist products are great. I bought the towel racks and door hooks - however, the picture of this TP holder does not represent what it actually is or how it looks. I thought that this was an open-ended holder, meaning you would just slide the TP on the right side w/out having to remove any mechanism. However, the right side is exactly like the left side so you DO have to remove (in this case,lift the horizontal bar)to put on the TP. It's also chunkier and takes more space than I had imagined w/the right side needing to be screwed into wall. Yes, of course I should have looked at ALL the details but they have 6 pictures of the holder - you would think one of them would show it head-on.
