I purchased the larger version of this for outside and was so please with the performance of the unit that I bought this smaller one for use in the laundry room. It can be folded down so that it is completely out of the way, if needed. It is quite unobtrusive when folded down.

However, it currently stays in the upright position most of the time because we use it daily. It is perfect for hanging sweaty work clothes until they dry and can be put into the hamper. We also use it to dry the pool towels we use daily. If I have a small load and don't want to venture into the heat outside, it is more than ample.

While it is pricey, it is the "cleanest" looking indoor line I could find and I am quite pleased with the quality.
